Comments: First time I used them were very stiff due to being new. Second time they were much better! Wearing to Y tonight.while I was waiting for these to arrive I bought two pairs of schechers shape ups very expensive compared to exersteps but there good also. Might not have got the schechers had I had my exersteps first. No noise coming from mine not sure what other people talking about. Got these due to nuroma on ball of foot these help keep weight off that area. Will definitely buy these again!

Comments: My right ankle was fused seven years ago, which makes it difficult for me to walk barefoot or with regular shoes. I need a "rocker-sole" shoe to walk easily. ExerSteps helps in two ways: 1) the sole has enough of a rocker that I can walk normally and 2) the rocker is not so severe that I do not experience the balance problems - particularly on stairs - that I experience with other rocker-sole shoes. Only downside is that, since I supponate, the shoes tend to break down after 4 to 6 months. However, the low price of ExerSteps keeps me coming back.

Comments: I bought a pair in 2013. I wore them until I was having to glue them together to continue. I ride a bicycle everywhere. The last straw was while regluing the sole at the front, I wore an old pair of New Balance and suffered a Plantar Faciitis injury. I searched and found you again and ordered a pair for myself and my wife! there is nothing like them! The Sketchers "Shape Ups" are like lead beside them, and they wear like nobody's business! Comments: I was a Avia shoes person until they stopped making them, I could not find any thing in there price range, until ExerSteps put this one out, I bought one pair and they are awesome, I am in my mid 70's, and there great for walking and every day use, really help the legs,the feet, also helps the lower back when walking. I just bought three more pairs for later on, and hope they keep there price where it is. LR N.Ca.

Comments: Helped relieve my back, hip and foot pain. Did create some foot pain at times, but problem was solved by not tying laces as tight.
