Comments: This product is reverse-engineered cheap Chinese junk. No understanding of Ergonomics, just trying to mimic a real, intelligent design and not doing a very good job of even that. Stiff, cheap materials are used. The sole "rocker" feature is in the wrong place near the heel, should be at the arch. They couldn't even get that right. You're right, I took a chance and lost! Hope I can save you so time and resources to INVEST in a decent toning shoe.

Comments: These shoes are NOT made for someone who walks all day long. In my job, I walk between 10k and 15k steps a day. While the Exersteps relieved my Metarsalgia, they caused other issues. My toes are sore, like they have been roughed up too much. Not numb, because I can feel a pin prick but super sensitive to touch. And the bone in my left big toe is bruised or something. It hurts to touch it. These issues didn't start until I began wearing these shoes. I think if I didn't have such an active job they would be OK. Sadly, they did not work out for me.

Comments: I bought the Exersteps as a replacement for my Shape-Ups and I am really pleased with them. Initially, the Exersteps sole and upper seemed very firm and I was a little concerned with their comfort. But with each wearing over a couple of weeks, they have broken in and are really comfortable. The rocker sole gives the extra little workout that I got from my Shape-Ups and I now prefer the firmer sole of the Exersteps. Overall construction is very good and the sole looks like it will be very durable. I am walking about three miles daily and after a month's use, the soles show very little wear. Combined with the great price and free shipping, these walking shoes are hard to beat.

Comments: After going to a Foot Doctor, The Dr. recommended me to try the rocker shoes. All I can say is WOW. My feet don't feel like flat tires and they don't constantly ache, I am very happy with the results and would recommend these shoes to anyone who has arch problems. I now have Happy Feet

Comments: Just delivered today. Perfect fit. I am glad that I ordered one size up. I was a little worried that I would need to break these in or get use to the fill of a rocker but I just got back from my favorite walk which is a little over two miles and I have never felt better. Just wish that you had Black in size 13. Very good price

Comments: many good aspects: high arch has eliminated any foot pains which used to be a problem (I walk 3-5 miles daily). I walk in rough, rocky areas. The thick soles prevent any discomfort from walking on the rocks. One issue that some may not like, the rounded bottom of the sole requires attention to balance.

Comments: Love these shoes. I know they aren't to help with exercising. I use them for the comfort in my feet and back. Wouldn't have any other shoes

Comments: Because of big toe pain its extremely difficult to walk. With my Exersteps I get around good. The only time my toe hurts is when my shoes are off.

Comments: I bought this pair for oldest son, he loves them, I have five new pair still in the box to wear,awesome for old legs, feet, really helps your back when walking also,I am 75 years old and think they are awesome, as long as I have them I will be able to walk with must less pain.
