Comments: I used to buy shape ups. They were continually unavailable so I thought I'd try exersteps. They are every bit as good. We did ten days at WDW and feet and shoes are great. Not to mention the lower price.

Comments: In 2015 I had three structural surgeries in an eight month period. The structural changes and deconditioning since then, have become progressively worse. As a Chiropractor for almost thirty years I could see the increasing weakness and joint degradation in my spine and lower extremities. No amount of stretching, exercise, or structured rehab seemed to help. The shoes are very inexpensive for the quality and they arrived sooner than expected. I am gradually increasing their use but after two days of wear, I already feel the improvement. I feel soreness in joints and muscles from my feet to the lumbar region. The adhesions which have built up over time are breaking loose and just going grocery shopping is like a full blown workout, complete with sweat! Excellent! Better than expected! Comments: I have a chronic ankle and foot issue. I purchased these shoes to try them out after wearing skechers shape-ups for years. These shoes are wonderful with more stability than shape-ups and half the price. I cannot leave the house without these shoes. I can now walk again without a very noticeable limp. Thank you Exerstep, you have a customer for life. Please come out with more color choices since I have to wear these everywhere. Rick

Comments: The choices for Toner shoes have dwindled for us guys, but these ExerSteps fit the bill for me. A great shoe at a great price with free shipping and I am a loyal customer. The sizes are true and quality is very good. I have purchased at least 8 pairs over the years and would recommend them to all.

Comments: Exersteps are a very comfortable shoes. I have bought several pairs over the years and I will continue to do so. As far as a shape up shoe, I can't say that is a benefit. I buy them for comfort!! Well worth the $$. (Wish they would last longer).

Comments: Finally my favorite shoes are back! These are the only shoes that have ever really helped get rid of my back pain while walking. The Shape Ups 2.0 were close, but these are just like the originals. Thank you, thank you, thank you!

Comments: After years of dealing with Big Toe pain from Hallux Limitus, I have finally found some relief. I bought a set of Exerstep rocker sole shoes last month and they have performed extremely well in treating this condition. My big toe pain went down consistently with each day I wore them until now I occasionally forget I have this condition altogether. The Rocker sole makes the shoes a little bit fun to walk in plus adds a bit of a spring to my step. We will see how well they hold up for the long term but so far I like everything about them... I highly recommend them.

Comments: Have been looking for these shoes for some time again and then found them here. I have had both hips replaced and both knees and these shoes are the only shoes I will wear as they give me a great deal of cushion and they make me walk better.

Comments: If you have plantar fascitis these things work wonders...immediately. I have suffered from that on two occasions and ordered these shoes. It gave immediate relief and they are all I wear, now. I highly recommend them.

Comments: A little bit on the heavy feel, but really makes you focus on walking properly. Excellent service from the company...free return policy when I exchanged for a larger size. Recommend 1/2 size larger when ordering.

Comments: The shoes are very comfortable for all day ware. I walk 5 miles daily and the shoes are wonderful. I just wish they came in a few more styles.
