SHIPPING AND RETURN POLICIES:

We hope that you are pleased with your merchandise. However, if you are not completely satisfied, simply return your purchase within 60 days for an exchange or refund. Please note that products must be in original condition, not worn, and shipped in original packaging. Free shipping and free returns only applies to the contiguous U.S. orders.

Processing of orders and shipments
• Orders processed at 10:45am (CST) Monday-Friday.
• Orders received before 10:45am (CST) Monday-Friday will ship the same day
• Shipments are available to PO Boxes in continental US.
• Free shipping and returns only applies to the contiguous U.S.
• For Canadian shipments, the customer is responsible for the applicable duty, taxes, and custom brokerage fees.

Return Instructions
Step 1: Visit exersteps.com and login to your account under “My Account” at the bottom of the page.
Step 2: Click on the link “View Previous Orders” in the Account Menu.
Step 3: Click on the corresponding “Order Number” for the return.
Step 4: Scroll to the bottom of the page to the “Returns” section and click “request a Return Authorization (RA) number”
Step 5: Fill out the requested information on this page and click “continue”. A Return Authorization number (RA) will be automatically provided to you. A return cannot be completed without this RA number.

Exchange Instructions
Follow Step 1-5 of the Return Instructions above.
Step 6: After you receive the Return Authorization (RA) number, click ‘Exchange Order’ to choose which product you wish to receive for the exchange. You have up to 60 days to complete the exchange.

Please Note: If the return package is not received within 30 days of receiving the Return Authorization (RA) number, your credit card will be charged. All products must be returned in original condition, not worn, and the product must be shipped in its original packaging.

How to Prepare the Return Package
• Pack merchandise in the original shipping box.
• Affix the pre-paid FedEx label over the original shipping label on the box.
• Retain the top portion of the return label for your tracking number reference.

FedEx Drop-off: For Fed-Ex drop-off locations, please call 1-800-Go-FedEx (1-800-463-3339) or visit their website at http://www.fedex.com/Dropoff/start?locale=en_US.

FedEx Pickup: For FedEx courier pickup, please call 1-800-Go-FedEx or visit their website at https://www.fedex.com/grd/rpp/ShowRPP.do. By phone, when prompted, please say “Return a package”. Then tell the representative that you have a pre-paid FedEx shipping label. Please have the tracking number available at this time.
